A Decade of Excellence | SC Solar’s 10th “Civilization Model” Awards

Over the past decade, SC Solar’s “Civilization Model” Awards have become a hallmark of our corporate culture—witnessing steady growth while uniting employees under shared values of respect, dedication, and professionalism.

Recently, SC Solar held the 10th “Civilization Model” Awards Ceremony. Company leaders and honorees gathered to celebrate this milestone moment together.

Since its launch in 2016, the program has honored hundreds of employees across ten consecutive editions. Each awardee embodies excellence—whether in technical expertise, customer service, market development, or silent dedication in everyday roles. Year after year, they demonstrate the quiet strength of integrity and the inspiring value of example.

At this year’s ceremony, 61 employees were recognized. From frontline technicians ensuring quality, to business innovators expanding markets, to colleagues faithfully upholding their duties, their consistent efforts reflect the lasting power of civilization within SC Solar.

In his address, HR & Administration Director Wang Zhiguang noted that the “Civilization Model” represents not only a decade of cultural achievement but also a collective spiritual monument shaped by all SC employees. He emphasized that every act of responsibility, collaboration, and pursuit of excellence fuels the company’s progress, encouraging all employees to follow these role models and carry forward a spirit of integrity and dedication.
