On August 31, SC SOLAR held its 11th annual SC SOLAR Role Model Awards, recognizing 54 employees for their outstanding performance and exemplary conduct.
The program has been held for more than a decade, highlighting employees who demonstrate the company’s values through their everyday work. By recognizing role models across the organization, SC SOLAR encourages employees to turn shared values into action—taking responsibility, working collaboratively and striving for excellence in their respective roles.

During the ceremony, Wang Zhiguang, Director of SC SOLAR Human Resources Center, noted that the awards are not only about recognizing outstanding employees, but also about reinforcing the values the company stands for.
