From June 3 to 5, the 19th SNEC PV Power Expo 2026 was grandly held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. In the perovskite equipment session, SC Solar highlighted integrated solutions for single-junction and tandem perovskite cells, as well as core equipment capabilities aimed at future industrial applications.

Focusing on key process steps such as evaporation, coating, crystallization, encapsulation, and inline inspection, SC Solar continuously advances full-line automation and process coordination, providing turnkey solutions that cover R&D, pilot-scale, and mass production. Key products, including Large Width Linear Evaporation Equipment and Crystalline Silicon-Perovskite Tandem Vacuum Flash Evaporation & Crystallization Equipment, further enhance film uniformity, process stability, and continuous production capabilities, offering more reliable equipment support for industrial-scale perovskite cell manufacturing.

Lamination Equipment Session

As module manufacturing continues to evolve toward larger formats, higher power, and multi-process compatibility, traditional lamination processes face new challenges in flexible scaling, changeover efficiency, and line coordination.

At this exhibition, SC Solar officially launched two innovative products: the iLink Module Laminator and the Optipure Clear Layer Laminator. The iLink Module Laminator features a modular flexible architecture, allowing capacity-based combinations for more efficient line layout and intelligent coordination. Its single-piece flow production further improves transfer efficiency and process stability, offering a more flexible manufacturing mode for module production.

The Optipure Clear Layer Laminator, with its fully transparent and visual design, breaks the traditional “black-box” lamination mode, enabling real-time process visibility. Coupled with AI-assisted recognition and intelligent monitoring, it allows more precise and controllable lamination verification.

From flexible manufacturing to transparent manufacturing, SC Solar continues to advance module lamination technology toward multi-dimensional intelligence.

BC Cell and Module Equipment Session

In the BC cell and module equipment session, SC Solar not only highlighted the innovative architecture and process advantages of its chain-type RCA cleaning system, but also introduced integrated solutions for BC module production, fully showcasing the company’s new exploration in the BC field.

To address issues in traditional cleaning processes such as cross-contamination, surface damage, and consistency control, SC Solar employs single-wafer chain cleaning, integrated continuous production, and optimized drying and isolation designs to achieve more stable and efficient wet-process workflows. The equipment uses single-sided chemical cleaning with precise process control, ensuring cleaning quality while effectively protecting cell surface functional layers, further improving overall process stability and yield.
