Reflective Film Taping Machine

Used for gap film application in PV modules to improve photoelectric conversion efficiency and output power. After backsheet glass positioning, the system automatically applies reflective films longitudinally, transversely, and around the edges. The film applicator head precisely controls the entire process, including positioning, feeding, heating, and pressure adjustment. Servo positioning ensures high accuracy, while the temperature control and inspection systems guarantee smooth, defect-free, and stable application.
