Functionality
8-layer chamber (Effective lamination area: 2820*4320(mm), suitable for 182/210 modules, 24 pieces pressed at once)
Temperature stratified control with equal temperature electric heating system for both upper and lower chambers. The temperature rise rate is adjusted in real-time by PID, with a temperature rise rate adjustment range of 1-2℃/min.
Vacuum stratified control; vacuum time is compressed to 180s.
Independent transmission positioning with servo drive.
Hydraulic lifting system + linear guide auxiliary mechanism.
Retractable stack is used for unloading, and liquid cooling technology is adopted for module cooling to improve cooling efficiency. The cooling speed is adjustable, and the temperature drops below 40°C within 5 minutes.
Loading adopts a retractable stack, integrated with the conveyor line for lift module normalization + 8-layer position module normalization. The input accuracy is higher, and the servo plus linear guide system operates stably and efficiently.
